Can somebody please explain or tell me on which exchange the old chain is traded and on which the new chain:

Coinsmarkets
Cryptopia
And please write next to it if we need to swap via the swapping website or not.
And last but not least put that information on the first page of the ANN page please. Thanks.
Cryptopia is old chain and will stop supporting Solaris soon. (So remove your coins if you don't want to lose it)
Coinexchange is still on the old chain but will automatically swap to the new chain by Nov 1.
Coinsmarket is on the new chain
