Mobilego and encryptotel are the only ones I have seen with dual blockchain and incent was involved in helping them.I guess they are developing the block swap.
I don't think Incent will get succeed to do this look at beginning when they are claiming this product is fully functional but they are fixing the bugs. That is why it creating a lot of confusing for people to swap their tokens. After few months we are at that place where we were before the start of this ICO.
