Gavin Wood is the advisor, is it possible to disclose the salary or his share in Amber project? I see he has another project named Polkadot, so I don't know will he really help AMBER or not.

On another note, it is not uncommon for dev's or advisors to have contract for the duration of the ICO or initial development only. Now they got funded well, they can hire as many dev's as they need.
