I think the best time to invest in bitcoin is when it's prices are increasing, at least more than the price by which they have been bought last.  The best time to buy bitcoin is when it's price is low down and to sell them is when it's price are skyrocketting.  As bitcoins is fluctuactive.  Bitcoin prices are fluctuating a lot.  Bitcoin is continously growing so this leads to the increased amount of people who are intend to buy or to invest in bitcoin.. But the rate of generation of bitcoin is very low.  Which leads to it's unavailability.  And unavailability cause price hike.
