I'm slightly confused by all this. From my point of view, someone running some form on site that deals with the outings or publication of possible scammers should stay as impartial as possible. If you come across as confrontational or causing some from of drama, people are going to be wary of taking your site seriously. And I think we've got to a stage where people are thinking like that.
To stay impartial would mean not personally adding people/companies to the website and taking a definitive backseat role so to speak. The issue is if you personally add a person/site that is incorrect (See:
