Asians have THE worst trouble with English around here and in general.   
You're very lucky you didn't get a permaban out of this, but I suspect that
even with a 30 day break from bitcointalk, the garbage will continue after
it's up.  Maybe join a sig campaign that pays for local board posts?  I'm
sure there's plenty of topics to spam on the Chinese/Hong Kong boards. 
In either case, you got two 'warnings' so far, so don't screw up a third time.
