No idea, I coulda swore I read at somepoint on the thread that it went live at 7:00 PM UTC but I cant find it anywhere now...
Same, I read it was at 7:00PM UTC as well, But I can't find it on the OP anymore
and were 13 minutes past 7:00PM UTC at the moment so I have no idea when it will open
