It happened to me totally the opposite. I'm running the new wallet's version in a cloud virtual machine and the CPU's usage skyrocketed to 50% when in the previous version always remained at 0 ~ 2%... and the staking difficulty has increased. Is it just me? because I'm about to remove the wallet.

CoinsMarkets seems a viable option for this.
