matanong lamang po mga kababayan meron na po ba kayong alam na naipasang batas tungkol po sa bitcoin dahil alam naman po natin na nagagamit ang bitcoin sa mga hyip at mga kung ano anong scam diyan para sana po hindi sabihin na puro scam to sana ay may batas proteksyon sa mga gustong maginvest.
as far as I know BSP already has released their official guidelines for Virtual Currency. BSP regulates Virtual Currency such as bitcoin as a way for financial transactions particulary money transfer, remittances etc..that means Bitcoin is already legitimize by BSP. I think sa scam issues we as a bitcoiner we have to be keen observer before we invest in an online investmen, that's the reason maybe why they released guideline on VC's to prevent scams, money laundering and terrorisms coz we all know some people will really took advantage of these.
