Looking for a Business Partner (to realize my unique concept)

I'm looking for a business partner in the gambling section. Preferrably with a gambling license, to avoid legal problems (however I do know, that there aren't many out there at the moment).

Short story:
What I am offering you: The concept to a unique gambling service, with huge potential and practically no competition at the moment, that might also increase the userbase of your existing services. I will also not claim any part of the income through the gambling service.
Why I am offering this: I do neither have the skills, nor the time or the legal requirements to realize such a project.
Please understand, that I'm not throwing around any information about my concept in this thread. I will however discuss it in detail with potential partners.
