hi guys , i am realy so sad and have more stress, because Unfortonately i lost alot of money from 6 month ago i jost hold more alcoins i havent bitcoin i have xrp waves eth snt zcoin ark rvt ... , what i doing now please help me i cant waiting to see falling the bitcoins,i have bad feel and i dont have any hope to recover the prices.
also i hade altcoins in bittrex they disabled my account..why we havent any change to save money?

I understand how you feel and trust me on this that most of the people here today faced the same situation on a shorter or a longer period of time.
I will not say patience is the key in crypto (THIS IS FALSE WHEN YOU BUY HIGH), but the situation you are in right now, patience is only your supporter.
You have multiple options to recover, average out your alt positioning from current dips, wait till B2X, keep some BTC in your wallet so that you can get B2X after snapshot and fork.
B2X is nothing like Bitcoin Cash or Bitcoin Gold and will be much more worth then both of these.
Always remember the rule: BUY IN RED SELL IN GREEN
