Is it true what i heard is that Vitalik will going to review the whitepaper of Ethereum Blue as this project is solving real major problem with Ethereum.

Just want to confirm as i read on the internet and it happens then Ethereum Blue gonna explode will surely go to 10$ then.Anyways currently these price predictions are speculations but who knows this can be true.
