Well, you should know the security of this forum is crap. I assume he is just monitoring Legendary accounts and trying different passwords with a script (brute-force) until he is lucky. I have to say my password here was not the safest...
This is happening to more and more Legendary accounts in the last months, you just need to check the /Meta forum.
