Bounties will be paid after ICO ends. All bounties still continue and new stakes will be given to those who choose to continue to participate or new participants.

ICO has not started yet and that has been communicated via weekly updates on the website (blog section) and on slack. They delayed it in order to have a working alpha before ICO so that people can see what they get.
