I think it is not possible, knowing that there are only two months remaining before this year end and I think even if the hardfork will be successful, it won't be enough for its value to increase at that big. Bitcoin is now priced at 6000+ that you've mentioned, and to think that it need to increase 4000$ appears to be quite not possible.
