To participate as contributor you need to create your wallet where smart contract will transfer you RCoins.
Currently there is no way to use webmoney to buy RCoins

Yes, plus customer will be asked to enter additional info, that isnt in a regular bank card transaction but useful for advertisers.

Yes RCoins will be withdrew on a Loyalty cards(connected to the wallet), or converted to a user's bank card currency.
