I recommend that don't use any exchange that is related to China if this site is base on China then why it's still running? since we all know the news about its banning cryptocurrency in its country. Now about bitstar, I guess this exchange is trusted IMO, and I think they can be trusted tho I don't have any experience about from them and there's no huge scam accusation to them, so I guess it might be okay go there but it's up to you always to proceed.
