So basically you are planning to give out more information only when he starts to work ? It doesn't work out like that.Just to make things clear,you should always tell the developers if they will be getting paid in bitcoins or your tokens to keep not interested people away.I have had cases where people promise to share info after messaging them but wasting 30 minutes of discussion only to realise the founders can't afford to pay developers right now is not worthy.
