I try to withdraw my arctic coins from my desktop wallet to ex-changer but I cant, I got a message " the amount exceed your balance"
although I withdraw 999 from 1000 total balance.
could you help me guys please.
Are the coins locked? try 998 maybe? but that is weird though.
yes it is locked, i will try to unlock it and withdraw again.
