When time come to any exchanger we can decide to add more symbol on exchanger to differentiate with others. This tokens are used for such purposes.... We work on Ethereum blockchain and has our own characteristic.
The FTC symbol was chosen by the developer because we focus on fintech field especially with financial products. We have our vision for development and we will build our community based on our ecosystem.
