My opinion is, he is trying to figure if he wants to go on not being anonymous.
If there are any legal ramifications running something like this from the states. He might have to move to Canada to legally run this. I am not up to date with all the laws.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the state of New York where Brock resides have some sort of crypto license thingy on its books? I think I read that somewhere, but who am I but some moron who's unable to attach a real person's name to somebody whose last public words were (paraphrased), "Dude, I choose to remain anonymous as far as this scam is concern."
