Imo this was just a media stunt to gain attention. You can't seriously expect Bitcoin to reach 500k in three years 
This can't even be expected in 5-10 years to come and all mining of bitcoin would be finished. People just write and post things to get attention and traffic when they clearly know that what they are gearing at is not possible.
