Buying back CTX doesn't increase total CTX amount. But we should increase them to values listed on cartaxi.io.
We already informed on telegram that we need to change BTC to Ether to get CTX for BTC and LTC contributions, but we didn't say how we will do it. The only way to do it was to push them into smart contract to get CTX and then distribute them between contributors.

dont go to far with this. exchanges was announced long time and people asked cleary if they confirmed as this was one of the factgors when choice is made to invest or not. And all your major exchanges it was clear bulshit. u even mentioned kraken.
