I am starting trading some month ago.Bought some alta coin but now all alta coin are down and i donot understad what can i do?I get a big lose if i sell this.So how control my mind ?

well i think we dont have to ask anybodyon how to control our emotion because it really depends on us on how we use to make limit in our self emotion.i think we have a different kinds of experince to be use on refference on making a dicision.because i believe that some people who get success is the person who hadca lot of experience.
