You know that ED received more than 2 million from the new eBTC, and this amount was not passed on to its true owners, I imagine that the holders of the private key of this address "0x8d12a197cb00d4747a1fe03395095ce2a5cc6819" is gradually pouring in to make some money, instead of distributing to its owners masters, this is just a guess and not a prosecution.
The one that had the old eBTC in ED during the swap, look for the ED exchange administrators and demand from them your new eBTCs and not from the eBTC developers.
Are you sure eBTC team did distribute the new coins to ED?
My understanding they did not distribute to addresses holding old coins in smart contract. Was that not true?
That is true, I believe. However, if the eBTCOLD was held in the actual ED wallet people were using and not the Smart Contract, the eBTC could've been distributed to that wallet, and people also have the private key to that wallet. People who were holding eBTCOLD in the left column (and not inside the Smart Contract) during the swap MIGHT be okay actually! I recommend checking your Ether/Delta wallet address in Ethplorer to see if Tokens were distributed to you.
