Do you mean 30% of the cap of pre-sale? Pretty good news if they seem to get funds relatively easy. A lot of ICO's seem to struggle getting funds

I had a look at the article, but couldnt find how the SSL technology is related to Gatcoin. Is this technology for every blockchain project, or do they have to implement the technology and is Gatcoin willing to do that?
