Download the B3COIN blockchain file, then copy and paste the peers.dat into your B3COIN APPDATA. You only need to use the peers.dat, if the blockchain files are a few days behind.

that was the file i was looking for! I had the same problem with LUX coin's wallet and only peers.dat file from another member who's wallet was synced, have solved the problem, then my wallet started to sync as wellwill download and try this one at once! thanx again!
