About smart-contract projects. I think now there is a problem of creating legitimate smart contracts. I research this issue and didn't find a service where it would be easy to compile a smart contract and where legal norms would be taken.
So I think projects in this sphere will be successful.
I hope that arbitration module in Confideal ICO will work correctly, as they describe in WP...but I have doubt about it
Confideal and Etherparty look preatty same.
Both have easy to understand project, both has a team one can trust.
In my opinion, if you are thinking about smart-contract project each should attract your attention.
As i know Ether party wants to make first mobile app for creating smart contract and library with contracts, when Confideal wants to make desktop version on two (or more platform) with, as i said before, arbitration module inside
Practically speaking Smart contract market is already overcrowded and a real real estate investing platform would be one of the most beneficial and practical place to invest.
