Is there a minimum ONION number you need to have in your wallet in order to benefit from the POS ? How do I enable POS in my wallet ? Now it says ... "not staking because you dont have mature coins". DO i need to get some MILF coins or what does that mean?

You need to leave your wallet open and unlocked for staking, after 24 hours or a bit longer your coins will be eligible to stake, your probability of how much and the frequency thereof are based on the amount of coin you hold in your wallet. Remember its your weight vs the network weight for POS rewards.
