If i am not mistaken that is the contract address for Coimatic, therefor not ccex meaning that either the 200k address is or they have not received any tokens yet.

if its the 200k then that is very good, it means perhaps only 200k tokens will be approximetly in circulation. Therefor cyrptopia price may hold
