There are a lot of ways to earn Bitcoin like joining signature campaign or twitter campaign or Altcoin bounty campaign but with signature campaign, they often accept Full member and above so I think with newbie rank it's really hard to earn Bitcoin in here so the first thing you need to do is increase your account rank to at least Member or higher
