Litecoin and ethereum have been the safest investments (after the investment in btc) for some time, so if you're new and especially if you don't feel like diving deep into realm of altcoins and ICOs then they are indeed nice investment options. I think the prices you named given the period of 5 years are very realistic and in case nothing outraging happens they could probably even reach these prices within, say, a year or two. At least, ethereum could. I'm not so sure about litecoin, because it doesn't really offer anything awesome and I believe that innovation will be values more and more with time.
