This is not the POW Lite if I understood correctly. But in December (@dev can you confirm?) there will be the possibility to exchange the POW lite with POW somehow.

Is this still the plan? Because only then I can pay a lunch to my FB friend because only then there is an actual monetary value attached to the token.
