Hm, maybe it's scam. Those spelling errors at the OP, the not (yet) completed website and check-your-balance-site makes me assume, that the project is not legit.
All the people writing permanently "wow, i'm such a lucky person, being a part of this moonrising project" and stuff, seems like they have been paid to write.
