We are wanting to release the Alpha before the new year, and, if funding is completed, we can most likely get the beta out in late December or January.
Does this mean the Pre-ICO people will get to apply this to the project this year?
Yes. Pre-ICO contributors will be able to apply to become an "Answerer/Teacher" in this year if the funding is reached to meet that deadline in time.
