Mining doesn't require High speed internet bandwidth, just ensure continuous connectivity.
should I use a pentium (cheap) cpu or an İ7 for dual (GPU+CPU) mining,
CPU mining is not as good as GPU, if you have i7 already in place you can take some juice out of it, budget wise no need to buy a new i7 as Cheap CPU can basically run your miner.
can use nicehash miner with claymore at the very same time, which pools should be included as alternative....
Yes, pools will always depend on the coins you want to mine.
