Based on personal opinion....I have a very strange top 3 pre-ICOs, some of which are fairly unknown but had a solid team and a promising product.
1) IUNGO.NETWORK - because I love the idea that there is something out there that can potentially break up this current oligopoly setup. We're too dependent on current internet providers, so much that they know they can fix a price on it and we can't do much about it.

I may be biased as I am familiar with advertising mechanisms, but I believe it's something the advertising world needs. We're so used to thinking ads are scams or can lead us to adware that we forget ads are just simply ads sometimes. Note I am employed here.
