Is there any way to be allowed to upload images although Im still Newbe. Im working on translation for one ICO and is very important to be able to upload pictures. Thank you!!!

There is no such way, unfortunately. You could ask someone to quote your thread to make the images appear, but it would make the thread looks messy (having OP in post number #2). You don't have to wait 3-4 weeks to get to Jr. Member by the way. Just make >30 posts within this 2-weeks period and you should be a Jr. Member after the next activity update.
