I think their error was not to block GPU mining. Now, i don't know what is their plan to retablish the balance... It is going to be impossible to mine with a CPU and also a smartphone at this rate.
mining is profitable yesterday, right now the difficulty is so high its hard to get etn. but the devs should've made a GPU miner since this algo can be mined with GPU.
I think their original plan is to use an algo that can only be mined using CPU thus the concept of mining using mobile phones, with the adaption of Monero, I think they forgot that the algo can be mined using GPU, making CPU mining useless (my 12-Core Ryzen 5 give me 40H, but my 1060 rig give me 2KH+). I hope I'm wrong coz im an investor and at the same time a miner.

agree. its hard to re establish the balance unless they think of a good solution. Not sure what will be the effect to the blockchain if they block the GPU mining (is it possible?)
