This is clearly a scam. The QT wallet looks exactly the same as the XIOS wallet. It's a straight copy-paste of XIOS (even if XIOS is a copy of DASH too..).

I dont think its the XIOS dev, however it was forked from XIOS. The XIOS Dev can speak proper engrish and is still actively supporting the coin. XIOS also had a 0 premine (Albeit a lucrative mining rewards scheme).
