The founders buys ICNs not from the dividens, but from their own capital... they know their bussines. (If they buy,, but isn´t it logically).
From the start of this ico- ICN they hold 13% of ICN... So... This low price of ICN is in coletorall interest of the founders... Who knows who is buying... I do not. But someone is.... If it si so bad.. whay someone would buy it... Or there isgoing  something else. The reults are fantastic... the ICN/BTC is lower then was at the start... so.. whose interest is it...?
It is the pannic situation. If ICN goes down, down, down.. some one will profit! Who? The Founders...
