there are different ways of asking question.
There is a difference between asking and "first call it a scam , and then ask"
However asking question is great, you have done a good job if you have ask questions.
But you should also understand that the team is overloaded with work...Give them a break, just some time, a couple of days before accusations(which are different then questions)

You should be a diplomat!
Personally, I'm tired of all this needless FUD. Yes, I'd feel much safer if any ETN I may or may not have paid for was in a paper wallet so I could leave it alone until deciding whether or not to sell at some point in the future. Yes, the launch could have been handled better - of course it could - but I don't think there's much point in reiterating that fact or ramming some kind of agenda-fuelled point home. I'm sure there was a lot on their collective plates - the release itself, hacker issues, and so on, and I also know that there are always teething troubles in new software launches. I voiced my concern a few pages ago, contraband replied and I thanked him.
What's done is done, and nothing positive can come out of whining about it. Now I'm happy to wait for more developments, and will see what happens after that... I wish others would relax and do likewise.
