Yes. My first batch Antminer D3 shipped with 487 Mhz setting for the hash board frequency.

Thanks guys! I figured that was a good place to start downclocking. These Bitmain ASICs are kinda shitty, 2/4 boards gone on my L3+ just out of warranty.
