Can you please help me on my issue? The passphrase I am entering in my wallet is not working. I have noted it and listed in the piece of paper but not being accepted. Please help.

if it is not working, then you are entering the wrong password
try close and re-open the wallet
if you can't access it, then you are in trouble
If you have saved a copy of the wallet before you put the password , then try to recover that saved copy
But if you put the password, and you forget it, or mistaked it, then there is not a way to recover it
Have you checked the caps lock?

i mean that you might have back up the wallet BEFORE you encrypted it with a password...

Yes I have a back up in my laptop but not sure if I saved it on or before putting passphrase. Can you let me know how to do it? I will give a try. Thank you.

It would be extremely difficult to help you find your password without your actual wallet file, which YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER GIVE TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY ON HERE.

But, yes, look if you had any backups prior to putting a password on it. Look hard dude. Do you know how much was on there?
