I have transferred ETHd coins from Nova Exchange to etherium dark-qt wallet . Today I am trying to open my wallet for coinswap, it is not opening giving runtime error .

You will need to be more specific about what error and what you did before anyone can try to help you figure out.
Check the status of the transaction and also your QT wallet if it is synchronizing properly so you can get the ETHD that you have sent to your wallet. if you are still having an issue then try to re-download the application and run is as administrator if that will work.
It much better to keep it on your wallet and take advantage the staking program.
