is this coin safe to invest??
It's iffy at the moment. It depends on whether the Regalcoin team works on the problems with the website.

Some ICO investors are still locked out.

I'm personally over a grand into Regalcoin and I've had problems of my own, the biggest of which is buying Regal from Coinexchange and then transferring it to my Regal wallet on Regal's website. It's not that the money doesn't transfer, it's that more often than not, it has not shown up in my wallet. So the money is there and I can lend (in multiples of $10) the money I sent over, but it might give me a negative Regal balance because their website hasn't updated the transaction properly. The Regal team needs to do a better job of communicating with their investors and upgrading their website. It's entirely possible that they were overwhelmed with volume, because Regal skyrocketed. A lot of people wanted in, and it's possible the team was just not large enough to deal with the volume.

The upside is higher than Bitconnect, which is why I think it's worth it, but as of now, Bitconnect is safer. That's where we're at now - Bitconnect is safer, but not as much upside, whereas Regal is not as safe as the moment, but you have the ability to earn a lot more than with Bitconnect.

I'd suggest putting money into both, even though I'm not personally invested in Bitconnect. Remember the #1 rule of cryptocurrency is: Never put in money you can't afford to lose. Putting money into Regal or Bitconnect makes that statement way more true.

At least both of these HYIPs are safer than Bitpetite...

If you want to see what you could do with Regal, why it has such massive upside, I suggest watching this video:
