They said it will be started trading from ICO price but it's nowhere near ICO price level. They didn't keep their promises, it will have consequences. I wouldn't trust anything this team makes.

I don't see the effect of the increase rates of minexcbank parking, but maybe this is because of the bounty hunters. After the bounty hunters sold their coins maybe the real price of MNX will be back to the ICO price or higher.
Let us wait for the development of this project. This is long term project imo.
