After a long night and some technical problems, we are back in the office now and working on fixing the bar and pending transactions this morning.
We are very sorry for the rocky start but will make major improvements today.

Is a large number of pending transactions the reason for not passing 19% or what's the trouble?
Maybe the progress-bar just isn't updating properly, I don't know.
I was already wondering why it stuck at 19% after the great start yesterday with constant progress.
