Why would you want a pump now? Low price means we can buy more before the swap.
When the new chain is up the mcap will probably go much higher, meaning coins you have now will be more worth even with 4:1 swap
But nothing is for certain off course, it is high risk and thats why the price have not increased. The dev team have alot to prove in terms of development before we will go to pluto which is all that matters for most it seems
