This sounds like an excellent agreement! HelloGold was also mentioned in a private news letter I receive (from Jim Willie) and this news letter is very weary of fraud of all sorts, but seems to have mentioned HelloGold as a legitimate gold backed cryptocurrency platform (alongside another one). Most gold backed cryptocurrencies are not trusted by that news letter, so I am glad to hear FYN seems to have picked one of the most credible ones out there to work with and to correctly anticipate and mitigate risks for new upstart companies.
